If you look it up in a dictionary, you will get the following discription:having a relatively low temperature; having little or no warmth
If you apply this discription to yesterday mornings temperatures, -29 C° (!!!!!!), you will understand what this means. Why did I came back again? Oh, yes, driving, skiing, beautifull region, etc. But to tell you the truth, I do prefer a + 29 C°!!
